How to share stamped approved plans

When the building consent authority approves the consent, they stamp and approve the building plans. These are attached to your consent application and are available in Objective Build from the Documents | Approved tab.

To share these plans, you can:

  • Add a person as a participant on the application, giving them view or higher level access, so they can preview and download the files from the Documents | Approved tab.

  • Download a file from the Documents | Approved tab by selecting ... | Download against the file and then share the downloaded file via email (for smaller files) or a file sharing tool.
